Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Products that have been installed, damaged due to misuse, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or made-to-order wall murals
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or installed wallpaper and panels
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo/video proof.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
